Shipping Updates

All,
We hope you are all having a happy holiday season. As many have noticed shipping is well under way.
Most of the packages are in the mail, but we did discover a small issue. In speaking with several of the backers who had not selected a shipping method in the pledge manager, it was discovered that the numbers we received from BackerKit for the number of original art town decks were off.
We immediately went through all the orders that had shipped and those that had not and received an accurate count. We quickly placed an order for the missing decks before the holiday festivities and are awaiting their arrival. We are getting out the decks we do have for Continental US backers now and will be sending out the original art decks once they are received. For all other backers, once we have them in hand we will be able to get the rest of the packages out.

The long awaited day has arrived and shipping has begun!
We began making trips to the post office this morning and will do so over the next few days until all the packages are on their way.
However, there are many people that did not select a shipping method when finalizing their pledges through BackerKit. We will be reaching out to those individuals today and tomorrow with next steps.

Decks in hand!

Hey folks!
Just a quick pre-turkey update, we've got the decks in hand, now we're just going to divvy them up so the right folks get the right stuff and send them out your way over the next couple weeks.
We're also wrapping up the PDFs for those of you who ordered the digital versions too. You all should start getting little bundles of joy in the post over the next several weeks.

Hey all!
We are back with another update on how things are progressing.
First off, Timeline - We are ahead of schedule for production and should be ready to ship, if not have everything shipped by the end of November.
The cards are currently being printed and should be in our grubby little hands to send to you in less than 2 weeks.
Then it's just a matter of packaging, labeling and getting them to the post office for you.

Update & Minor Setback

Hey folks,
Just want to give you an update as I've got some more information to get to you. I just got some sample decks in the mail today and, well, we've got some work to do. We were informed when we ordered the samples that the box art wasn't fully lined up with the template and well, they were right. When they informed us of that, we got to work on getting that lined up properly. This has taken a while to get things right where they needed to be and are comfortable (working with the suppliers specialists) that it's where it needs to be.
Another thing that we've found is that some of the cards aren't fully within the template. So we will get set to work on fixing this as well. We were hoping to have the cards ordered by the end of the week, but this will push that out another week(ish). We want to give you all the best product possible and not something that looks half-assed.
